In case you were wondering, one of my favorites Bible Passages is Romans 8:28-39. I use verse 28 as my personal motto and it always encourages me to keep a proper perspective. In the midst of every situation, I realize it is still working for my good. Even with the "ups and downs" it is still positive if I am fulfilling God's purpose for my life. Really that is part of this ministry. To fulfill his purpose, not mine.
