Our Purpose:
Our purpose is to encourage Christian Bible Study by distributing puzzles throughout the community. Completing puzzles requires attention to detail which reinforces memory. Puzzles are enjoyed by people of all ages and this is the first attempt to do this on a larger level. Our desire is to reach thousands of people throughout the world. It really is a challenging evangelistic effort and I hope you will like our puzzles enough to share with your friends, family, and associates.
Our initial focus will be to take advantage of the power of the internet to provide a free weekly puzzle of the International Standard Sunday School Lessons. This common format will provide an excellent activity for class students and teachers. It is hoped that it will also encourage others to participate in bible study. We will also prepare other themed puzzles and develop other products as God leads.
Special Thanks:
I first realized the value of Sunday School puzzles due to the efforts of Reverend Karl Brown when he was the Sunday School Superintendent of the Glorious Outreach Church in Humble, TX. As he faithfully developed the weekly puzzles, I saw the excitement it generated in my young sons and even the older members. Later after he left to begin his own pastorate, I and a dedicated group used the same concept to send encouragement to prisoners. It was one of the most rewarding ministries I have ever been associated. Sadly this only continued for a short period of time due to my family moving due to a better career opportunities. But it was Reverend Brown who inspired my appreciation of using puzzles to reinforce bible studies.
I must also give special thanks to Dr. John Armstrong, the pastor of the Glorious Outreach Church in Humble, TX. His practical application of God's word always challenged me to learn more of God's word. I will always carry our church's motto "The Place where the Word Makes A Difference".
I hope our puzzles will encourage you to read, study, and apply God's Word to your everyday life. Your prayers for this ministry's sucess would be greatly appreciated.
